At Saffron Mangoes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below.

Fresh Produce Policy

Fresh mangoes and other perishable products cannot be returned once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the products received
  • Description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • Products arrive significantly damaged
  • Wrong products are delivered
  • Products are unsuitable for consumption upon arrival due to transit issues

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Natural variations in sweetness, size, color, or ripeness
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after dispatch

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
